Panasonic UK, ‘Up to 180 washes Free Simply detergent’ offer Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is offered via participating retailers only. Only participating retailers will have the official advertising literature and have,

in-store, the ‘Up to 180 washes Free Simply detergent’ Claim Forms.

2. Offer available upon purchase of the following qualifying Panasonic washing machines: NA-127VB3WGB, NA-147VB3WGB and NA-148VB3WGB

(90 Liqui-tabs) and NA-148VG3WGB, NA-168VG3WGB and NA-140VG3WGB (180 Liqui-tabs).

3. Promotion Period: Purchases between 18th July to 9th September 2011.

4. To redeem your detergent offer, please clearly complete your details and include a copy of your full purchase receipt (not deposit receipt),

with your claim, by 7th October 2011 (unfortunately, receipt copies cannot be returned so please retain your original). Regrettably claims

received outside of the closing deadline will not be accepted.

5. Entries, with required documentation (i.e. Full Purchase Receipt) must be sent to: ‘Up to 180 washes Free Simply detergent Offer’, Panasonic

UK, a branch of Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, United Kingdom RG12 8FP. Responsibility cannot

be accepted for entries lost or delayed in the post. In addition, incomplete applications will not be accepted.

6. Upon receipt we will send you either 90 or 180 Liqui-tabs of Simply detergent dependent on the model purchased. Please allow up to 40 days,

from the date you posted your claim, to receive your detergent. All claims will be processed within 40 days of receipt; however If you have not

received your detergent within 45 days of posting, please contact Promoter: ‘Up to 180 washes Free Simply detergent’, Panasonic UK, a branch

7. One claim permissable per household. This is a Panasonic promotion, running in conjunction with Participating Retailers, within the UK and

Republic of Ireland.

8. Panasonic UK reserve the right to extend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

9. Any personal information supplied by you will be used by Panasonic, Aquados Limited and their subcontractors, solely for the purpose of
