Free delivery to most UK postcodes
We offer FREE standard delivery to the majority of the UK unlike many other retailers. Unfortunately due to carrier fees, Scotland postcodes will be subject to a small surcharge of £30.
Alternative floor option available
Unfortunately due to recent changes to COVID-19 Alert Levels we have had to suspend our alternative floor delivery option until further notice.

Packaging removal for recycling
To save yourself time and effort, you can select our packaging removal service for just £5, we’ll take away all of the packaging that comes with your appliances and recycle it on your behalf.
How will I know when my appliance will arrive?
Delivery timescales for stock items to most UK postcodes is 3-5 working days, however certain more remote areas could be longer. Where an item is in stock you can choose your delivery date at checkout. We will contact you the day before delivery with a four hour time slot and on the day of delivery we will give you a one hour pre call to let you know we’re on the way.
Due to the current situation we are experiencing unprecedented delays from most Manufacturers and in most cases they are unable to confirm delivery dates. Items which are marked ‘Awaiting Stock’ are not in stock in our warehouse and it’s unlikely that we can tell you when stock will arrive. For this reason we would suggest that you look for items which marked ‘In Stock’ as they are available for immediate delivery.
Who will be delivering?
We have our own fleet of vehicles delivering appliances on a daily basis to most areas of the UK but for postcodes outside of our target area we have a selection of excellent transport companies with whom we have been working with for many years.
I don’t need my goods yet…
Not a problem, we understand you maybe in the middle of a move, renovation or new build so give us a call and we can secure your order with a small deposit. We can hold onto the appliances at our warehouse until you are ready and once everything is in place, drop us a line, pay the balance and we’ll arrange your delivery.
How much is delivery?
Due to the current situation our free delivery service is based on a one man drop off delivery over your threshold. Our driver will call you up to one hour prior to delivery, then upon arrival will place the items over your threshold if it is possible to do so. If you have steps to the property or the items will not fit through your doorway, our only option would be to deliver into a garage or outhouse. For larger appliances such as American fridge freezers and range cookers which can be difficult to manoeuvre please take into account that you will have to move these to the room of your choice following delivery.
Unfortunately due to carrier costs all Scottish postcodes be subject to a nominal surcharge which will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery postcode.
Can you recycle my old appliance?
Yes, we can take away your old like for like appliance and recycle it responsibly on your behalf for just £25. All we ask is that it’s disconnected, clean and by the property entrance when we arrive.
Alternatively we also offer a free in store take back of your old electrical appliance on a like for like basis, so if it’s more convenient you can bring it to our premises within 28 days of delivery and we’ll recycle it for you at no cost.
