Stock availability is challenging at the moment due to various contributing factors, and Manufacturers are pushing up prices due to the increased cost of raw materials and transportation. If our website shows an item as ‘in stock’ it definitely is, and you can choose your delivery date in the basket. If you’re not ready for delivery yet we can hold on to the items for a maximum of four weeks from point of order.

Free delivery to most UK postcodes

We offer FREE standard delivery to the majority of the UK. Unfortunately due to carrier fees, Scottish postcodes will be subject to a small surcharge which will be calculated at checkout dependant on your postcode

Alternative floor option available

If you need your items delivering to an alternative floor that’s no problem, simply select the option in the basket or talk to our friendly Sales Team. This option carries a small charge and it’s restricted to a maximum of thirteen steps.

Packaging removal for recycling

To save yourself time and effort, you can select our packaging removal service for just £5. We’ll take away all of the packaging that comes with your appliances and recycle it on your behalf rather than you filling up your recycle bin.

How will I know when my appliance will arrive?

Delivery timescales for stock items to most UK postcodes is 3-5 working days, however certain more remote areas could be longer. Where an item is in stock you can choose your delivery date at checkout. We will contact you the day before delivery with a four hour time slot; on the day, we will call you as we’re leaving the previous delivery.

Items which are marked ‘Awaiting Stock’ are not in stock in our warehouse but we may have stock on order with the Manufacturer. Feel free to call our Sales Team to discuss availability or alternatively look for items which are marked ‘In Stock’ as they are available for immediate delivery.

If you wish to place an order for an item which we do not have in stock we are happy to take a small deposit over the telephone to secure the order, then once the item arrives in our warehouse we’ll call you to arrange delivery and settle the balance.

Do you connect my appliances?

We offer a wet connection service in selected areas on freestanding washing machines, washer dryers, dishwashers and American fridge freezers. If wet connection is available in your area this will be offered at checkout, otherwise talk to our Sales Team for clarification. Please note connection must be to existing pipework and electrical points which are easily accessible and unfortunately we do not offer a connection service on integrated appliances.

I don’t need my goods yet…

We understand you may be in the middle of a move, renovation or new build so give us a call and we can secure your order with a small deposit, this will guarantee the prices at the point of order and protect you against any price increases. Unfortunately due to the current situation with availability and warehouse space the maximum length of time we can reserve the stock for is four weeks.

How much is delivery?

Unless otherwise stated in the basket, standard delivery to most postcodes is free of charge. Our driver will call you up to one hour prior to delivery, then upon arrival will place the items into the room of your choice. If you order an American fridge freezer or a range cooker we charge £30 delivery on these items. This ‘large item’ delivery charge covers the extra time that it takes to complete the delivery, as these products generally need completely unpacking and sometimes dismantling to get them through to your room of choice. If however we can deliver into a garage or through double doors without unpacking we will do this free of charge.

Unfortunately due to carrier costs all Scottish postcodes be subject to a nominal surcharge which will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery postcode.

Can you recycle my old appliance?

If you have selected our recycling service, all we ask is that the old machine is disconnected from all supplies prior to our arrival, and that its cleaned down and ready for collection at the delivery point. If for some reason the item is not available for collection when we get there don’t worry, just give us a call and we’ll happily refund your recycling fee.

Alternatively we also offer a free in store take back of your old electrical appliance on a like for like basis, so if it’s more convenient you can bring it to our premises  within 28 days of delivery and we’ll recycle it for you at no cost.
