Many of the leading brands supply stainless steel American style fridge freezers. Our favourites include; LG, Samsung and Fisher & Paykel, but there are many more to choose from. You can choose from either a 'fridge above freezer' or 'side by side' model depending on your preference. A fridge above freezer design is also known as a French style. This option allows you to see all your fresh produce at eye level and your frozen food is positioned at the bottom. The classic 'side by side' design has the fridge on one side and the freezer on the other, providing quick access to both.

Stainless steel American style fridge freezers come in both plumbed and non plumbed options. There are benefits to both designs, but it is important to check which one you need before purchasing. Non plumbed models can be positioned anywhere in your kitchen, however a plumbed appliance needs to be no more than 1.5m from your water stop tap.
