Using baskets to organise the contents of your shelves if a great way to keep your kitchen clutter at bay. Baskets not only help you to organise and hide away any unattractive necessities but they make a great design feature too! Choose baskets which complement the design of your kitchen.

If you are tight on cupboard space but have enough floor space to accommodate a cart than investing in one is a great idea. Not only does it give you extra storage space to help keep you cupboards easy to navigate but it also aids as an extra work surface for prepping meals and makes a great focal point in your kitchen.

Letters, to-do lists, torn out recipes from magazines and a whole array of other bits and bob always tend to find a home on the kitchen counter. To de-clutter your counter tops try mounting an organisation station on your wall. Perhaps a calendar, somewhere to store your house keys or a big magnetic board which you can attach all your bits and bobs to with magnets.
