You may prefer gas with ‘Flame Select’ for fine flame control with cast iron pan supports on either stainless steel or sleek ‘gas on glass’. It may be that the rapid heat transfer of ceramic hobs with their streamlined design appeal. Or possibly induction with its direct heat transfer to the pan and reduced heat loss to the hob top, coupled with Neff’s Flexinduction system; meaning that limited pan zones are a thing of the past as you can combine zones for larger pans. If you want something with more variety you may prefer Neff’s domino hob range where you can pick and mix options for an individual style.
