Induction Hobs

Induction hobs are popular for being energy efficient and easy to clean. Induction hobs use magnets to send heat directly to the base of the pan, rather to the whole hob ring. Ceramic hobs are a traditional choice, offering an easy to clean surface and quick heating technology. Ceramic hobs don’t use magnets like induction hobs do, instead they heat the entire zone, giving you rapid and powerful cooking power. Unlike induction cooking, this can result in wasted energy.
