This Bertazzoni Professional Series built in electric oven offers a 76 litre capacity and is ideal for mid to low temperature cooking. The convection mode is excellent for baking cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking with no flavour crossover. This model also features an infrared grill for searing and grilling over a large surface area. Finished in stainless steel, this single oven features an intuitive TFT display and metal control knobs. The soft opening door with metal handle is easy to use and the door is quadruple glazed for safety and efficiency.
