Extended Warranties
Everything you need to know about our extended warranty cover
If there’s a fault, we’ll fix it!
If your appliance develops a mechanical or electrical fault, we’ll get it working again. We’ll instruct the manufacturer or a certified repair centre to fix it.
Replace if it can’t be repaired
If we can’t repair your appliance, or it isn’t economical to do so, we may replace it. A replacement will be the same make and model.
How long am I covered for?
Our extended warranty policy covers your appliance for a total of five years. This is inclusive of the manufacturer’s guarantee period.

Nothing to pay
Includes parts, labour, call out and delivery charges, so you can rest assured there are no hidden costs.

How to make a claim
It is vital in the event of a claim that you contact the administrator by telephone on 0303 003 7431. Please provide the administrator with as much information about what has happened as soon as possible.
You should include;
1. Your warranty reference and details of the product.
2. Date of incident.
3. What appears to be at fault with the product.
The administrator will assess the nature of the incident and check if it is protected under your warranty and if necessary arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced.
What is NOT covered?
Repairs due to breakdown being caused by:
- An appliance being used in a commercial environment. Our cover is for domestic use only
- Deliberate damage, misuse or neglect of the appliance
- The manufacturer’s instructions not being followed or adhered to
- Accidental damage of any kind
- Theft or loss of the appliance (or any individual part of it)
- Incorrect or faulty installation
- The weather such as lightning, floor and high winds or other extreme weather conditions
- Fire, unless caused by an electrical malfunction within your appliance
Repair costs for:
- Materials and labour charges for which the manufacturer is responsible under the terms of any other guarantee or warranty
- Work for which the manufacturer has recalled the appliance
- Appliances with screens, service requests due to pixel failure, marks or burns on the screens
- Damage to disposable items and routinely replaceable items such as batteries, light bulbs and vacuum bags
- Damage to non-working parts such as cabinet trims and fittings
- Loss of or damage to accessories of any kind including remote controls
- Damage caused by scratching, chipping, staining, rust or corrosion
- Damage caused by foreign objects or substances not normally associated with the appliance
- Repairs carried out by anyone not authorised by the administrator
- Any routine maintenance, clearing, blockage, removal, tuning, realignment, modification, installation or transit and typically not covered by the manufacturer under their T&C’s
- Any damage caused during delivery, installation or transportation of the equipment by a third party
- Application of incorrect or abnormal electrical or signal connection that are not an integral part of the appliance
- Defects in external wiring and electrical connection that are not an integral part of the appliance
- Repairs for any appliance that is used solely for business purposes or are installed on commercial premises
- Any loss suffered as a direct result of not being able to use the appliance or any other losses for example but not limited to personal injury, other than the repair and/or replacement cost of the appliance
- The expense of a service call when no fault has been found with the appliance

We hope you’re happy with the cover this policy provides. However, if the policy doesn’t meet your needs or you’ve simply changed your mind, please return the policy and policy confirmation to the administrator within 30 days of purchase to cancel your policy.
