Spread the Cost with PayPal
It’s not easy, facing a broken appliance when your bank balance won’t quite cover the cost of a brand new machine. A dishwasher replacement can be delayed, if you’re happy to go back to washing up for a few weeks. However, a washing machine or fridge freezer is more essential and often can’t wait until pay day. That’s where PayPal can help. Appliance City is a credit broker, and not a lender. PayPal is a separate entity and queries must be directed to PayPal.

PayPal At
There’s three ways you can pay with PayPal on our website. Whether you want to cover the cost in full, pay a little today and the rest over a few months or invest in a longer term payment plan, there could be a payment solution for you.
PayPal: Pay In Full
PayPal is a great way to save your preferred payment methods in one place, speeding up checkout when you shop online. Payments made with PayPal are encrypted, so your full financial information won’t be shared with us.
You’ll also benefit from PayPal’s buyer protection, which refunds the cost of the product if the item doesn’t arrive on time. To claim this refund, you must open a dispute with PayPal within 180 days. It’s worth noting that shipping costs are usually not refunded, as the service will have been carried out.
Always read the terms and conditions in full. If you’d like to get started, simply create an account on the link below.
PayPal: Pay In 3
If you’d like to buy now and spread the cost over a short period of time, Pay In 3 could be the answer for you. With 0% interest over 3 payments, for purchases up to £3000, this is often the most popular PayPal option. The initial payment is taken at the time of purchase to secure the order, and two additional monthly payments are automatically taken from your bank account on the same date over the next two months.
Pay in 3 is great for helping to cover emergency purchases, manage seasonal spending or budgeting for larger purchases. While there is no sign up or late fees with PayPal Pay in 3, it is a credit agreement. You should only go ahead with your purchase if you are confident that you can make the 3 payments. If in doubt, please seek financial advice.
Always read the terms and conditions before placing the order.
PayPal Credit
If you’re looking to purchase a new appliance or two, and spread the cost over more than 3 months, PayPal Credit may be the solution for you. Payments can be made over a period of up to 48 months. You’ll need to create an online account with PayPal, where you’ll be able to log in and view your account summary, minimum payment due and statements in one place.
Unlike Pay In 3, PayPal Credit does come with some interest. Purchases over £99 allows for 4 months of interest free payments, however the minimum monthly payment must be made on time or the interest free offer may be removed. Any remaining balance after the four months will be charged at your standard variable rate. Purchases up to £99 will be charged at the standard variable rate from the first month. Late payments will incur an additional cost with PayPal Credit.
Interest rates vary from time to time. Visit your PayPal account or the link below to understand the interest you will be required to pay if you choose this payment option. Always read the terms and conditions of your contract before placing the order. For more information, read the PayPal Credit FAQs here.
