Save when you purchase a bad box or ex-display appliance with Appliance City.
Ex-display appliances have been on display in our showroom in Nottingham, and have not been used. There may be a few minor imperfections and packaging may not be available, both of which will be visible in the product photos and described in the product descriptions.
Bad box appliances are more than likely returned products which have been moved several times, causing imperfections in the packaging. These will always be unused appliances. Occasionally, there may be no packaging but we will always advertise this on the product page for transparency.
