There are many advantages to using an induction range cooker. As you only heat up the base of the pan you're using, there is no energy wastage which results in lower household bills. Another benefit is that an induction hob top is easy to keep clean due to it's smooth, flat surface, there are no nooks and crannies for crumbs to hide in! You can easily maintain your induction range cooker with a clean, damp microfibre cloth. Because no naked flames are used in induction cooking, it is much safer to use, especially if you have small children.
