We have self cleaning Black built in ovens which use extremely high temperatures to burn away any food or grease into a fine ash. Once the cycle is complete and the oven is fully cooled down, simply wipe away the ash with a damp microfibre cloth. There are also steam assisted cleaning ovens which use steam to lift away stubborn burnt on food.
