Built In Oven Cleaning Types

There are several different built in oven cleaning types to choose from. Pyrolytic ovens are popular because their self cleaning programmes do the hard work for you. Pyrolytic ovens use extremely high temperatures to burn away residual food and grease into a fine ash. Once the oven has cooled down, you simply wipe away the ash with a damp cloth, easy! Some built in ovens feature a steam assisted cleaning programme. This is a great eco friendly alternative to pyrolytic cleaning, although not always as effective. Catalytic liners absorb and break down grease and food splatters. Once the oven temperature reaches 200 degrees, the catalytic liners oxidise any residue. As well as self cleaning ovens, we also supply manual cleaning ovens. Whilst the manual cleaning method can be a laborious chore, these ovens are ideal for those on a budget.
