This Bertazzoni Heritage built in oven has a 76 litre capacity and is finished in black with metal rotary knobs and a traditional analogue thermometer. With 9 functions & a temperature range of 50°C to 270°C, this oven is ideal for mid to low temperature cooking. Think baking or slow cooking recipes like casseroles. The convection mode is excellent for baking cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking with no flavour crossover. With an easy clean enamel interior and a soft open/close double-glazed door, this Bertazzoni oven is the ideal combination of safety and energy efficiency.
