While manual clean 90cm ovens may be more affordable than other models, they do require a lot more effort to clean. Catalytic ovens are fitted with catalytic liners that absorb grease. They can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth and warm soapy water whenever you please. By far the easiest and most effective oven type are pyrolytic ovens. Pyrolytic ovens use incredibly high temperatures to reduce grease and food residue to ash. All you have to do is wipe the ash away with a damp cloth once the oven has cooled down.
