Boasting 5 heat zones, 2 of which can be combined to form a large zone to accommodate larger pots & pans, the PXV831HC1E offers maximum flexibility to get creative with your cooking. Induction hobs are incredibly safe and will only heat when they sense an induction pan on top. The hob’s smooth surface also makes cleaning simple and hassle free. Each zone has 17 power levels and responds quickly to any temperature changes made via the DirectSelect electronic touch controls located at the front centre of the hob. Each zone also has a timer, making this hob excellent for executing the perfect dinner party. When you need to speed up your cooking, select the PowerBoost function and enjoy a extra burst of heat that boils large amounts of water almost 35% faster than the current zone’s highest power level – brilliant! With a sleek finish and a bevelled front edge, this Bosch Flex induction hob will make a stunning feature in any kitchen.
