We have thousands of products for you to see on our website with clear information, images and specifications but if you need further guidance our experienced sales team is on hand to help you. Our mission is to provide you with the best possible product to suit your needs, which is why our staff are fully trained by each manufacturer to enable them to offer you the best advice when choosing your appliances. We know that if you are happy with the price, the products and the service you receive, you will come back to us the next time you need a new appliance - that's our aim.
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with one of your appliances on or after delivery you can rest assured that we have a dedicated customer service department to look after your every need. If it's not convenient for you to inspect the items at the point of delivery that's fine, however we ask that you do so within two days of delivery to ensure that any issues can be quickly resolved.

In the event of your appliance developing a fault during the warranty period we can arrange for an engineer to visit your property to repair the item free of charge within the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. If a fault occurs we recommend that you first consult your appliance instructions which will help you to determine the nature of the problem through the fault diagnosis list. Most manufacturers will charge for a callout where no fault is found or where the product has not been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
