Miele Parts & Labour Warranty Offers

Miele washing machines are built and tested to last.  However, Miele do recognise that occasionally individual components need to be replaced.  For the upmost in total peace of mind Miele are currently offering a free 10 year warranty on all washing machines purchased within April 2012.

A Miele warranty covers all parts and labour (including call out charges) and if you call Miele out and they can’t repair the machine, they will give you a brand new one, absolutely free*.

 Miele are also currently offering a free 5 year warranty (including call out) on all freestanding dishwashers purchased within April or May 2012*.

Terms and Conditions

1. The promotional offer of a free five / ten year parts and labour guarantee applies to all Miele dishwashers purchased in Great Britain (excluding Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland) between 01/04/2012 and 31/05/2012.

2. Click here to download five year warranty claim form and here to download ten year warranty claim form. Claim form must be accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt and sent to The Miele Warranty Dept, Leicester House, 17 Leicester St, Bedworth, CV12 8JP. Please note that we are unable to return your photocopied receipt.

3. All applications must be received by 31/07/2012. Claims cannot be accepted after this date.

4. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your Miele Service Certificate.

5. The extended cover takes effect directly after the standard two year guarantee ends and is valid for a further 8 years for washing machines and further 3 years for dishwashers.

The Miele Service Certificate provides you with maximum service protection and peace of mind for an additional 8 years after the standard 2 year guarantee has expired.  If your appliance is purchased with a promotional 5 year warranty, this cover will provide the above protection for a further 5 years after the standard 2 year guarantee and the additional 3 years promotional cover has expired.
