I found on your website exactly the same dishwasher for £349.00 plus free delivery saving myself approx £50.00. I ordered it on the Monday my order was taken very professionally and it was delivered on the Friday morning, the delivery man letting me know at approx what time he would be with me. I was really impressed with the prompt service from your sales people down to the delivery driver and am very very happy with my new dishwasher.

A big thank you to Bunny Appliances for the service and costs savings. We looked in various high street electrical shops and found what we wanted (a Stoves range gas cooker and an LG American style fridge freezer both in black).
We then searched on the Internet for the best price and Bunny beat them all.
The order process was quick an easy and Alison at Bunny was extremely helpful in processing our order. We believe we've saved around £200-£300 compared to other retailers. The delivery chaps were very friendly and professional. We didn’t pay for application installation but we were given enough advice to fit and install ourselves.

What a refreshing change - a professional, reliable and friendly service! The price was the best I could find, delivery was delayed to suit me, my old machine was removed on delivery of the new one and the morning delivery slot was just that - 09h30 (rather than the 1 minute to 1 that you normally get elsewhere!)
Communication from all was outstanding - my order was confirmed both verbally and by post, my delivery was confirmed verbally and by email and the driver even called on the morning to confirm arrival time.

Bosch claims that their products are superior in every respect. From my dealings with Appliance City I think you can claim that your service and customer relations can be described similarly.
I phoned on a Monday to order my Bosch washing machine. Kevin who took my call was courteous and helpful. My credit card was still registered in my old address but he took the time to 'sort it out' without making me feel uncomfortable. I was told that I can expect the machine to be delivered the following week as there were none in stock but some were on order. The machine was delivered 4 days later on Friday of the same week, and Kevin went to some trouble to arrange a delivery time that was convenient for my neighbour to let the delivery men in!

Just wanted to say what a brilliant service I received from you. My HUGE fridge freezer arrived this morning as expected (you gave me a quick delivery date, 4 days after I purchased via the web site) and the chaps who delivered it were careful and quite frankly exhausted by the time they got it through to the kitchen as their trolley wheels fell off so had to man handle it in ! They deserve a medal! I will definitely shop at your place again as I am refitting my kitchen and need all sorts of stuff.................once again, thank you.

When buying any thing mail order one takes a chance on the chosen supplier. I can say with pride that we made the right choice in opting for Bunny. From the initial contact to Alison Clark in sales who helped us choose our kitchen appliances and who had to contact Miele on our behalf to sort out models and availability and always called us back as she said she would. Don't be worried about delivery either as this was amazing, the guy called at around 8am on the day arranged and it was absolutely tipping with rain and he was drenched but it was no trouble to him to get the appliances over the step and into the dining room. On checking the delivery I found a glass diffuser to one of the lights to the cooker hood broken. I reported it to the customer service department and it arrived in two days. Cant fault you Bunny, many thanks.

I must complain. I ordered my Smeg Range Cooker from you on Saturday afternoon and you quoted 7 - 10 days delivery. It is now Wednesday afternoon and the cooker has been sitting in my kitchen for a few hours and the Corgi fitter is booked for next Tuesday (with a proviso that it might be Thursday or later). So I have to spend the next week just looking at my beautiful new cooker!!!!!!

We had an American-style fridge freezer delivered on Monday and wanted to thank you so much for the excellent service. As my wife was at home by herself with our two young children we could only cope with a one-man doorstep delivery on Tuesdays (when help was available) which wasn't a day you were in our area.
Even though you offered the best price we could find on the internet you offered us a two-man delivery for no extra charge. They arrived within 2 minutes of your estimated arrival time. The team that turned up was very efficient and courteous and even removed packaging and doors to fit the appliance through the narrow access to the kitchen and install it in the appropriate place. Well done - we would certainly use you again and would not hesitate to recommend you to friends as well.

We Ordered a Bosch WFXI2840GB integrated washing machine on Friday 6th October and it was delivered on Monday 11th October. I wanted to write and say thank you for the great service we received. We have recently had a lot of difficulties with companies providing goods and services and it was refreshing to deal with an efficient and reputable company.
We were kept informed of when the washing machine was to be delivered and it was delivered on time relatively quickly, even when other retailers did not have stock. The delivery driver was particularly helpful, calling us the day before to confirm the delivery time for the next day. He also helped with getting the machine into the house, not the usual service of just dropping it on doorstep.

I have recently purchased a Samsung side by side refrigerator. The price was excellent and the delivery very fast. I found your site using a price comparison site after being let down by one of the big high street shops. I will definitely add you to my favourites and recommend you to all my family and friends. My wife was very disappointed thinking we could not get the fridge she wanted at a reasonable price. Well done for an excellent service.
