Delivery Information
When do we deliver?

Due to our huge warehouse capacity we hold thousands of items in stock for quick delivery, many of which are available on our express delivery service. Our standard delivery timescale for stock items to most UK postcodes is 3-5 working days and when we book the delivery day with you we can usually offer you a four hour timeslot and or a one hour pre-call from the driver on the day. Most of our deliveries are made during the working week but we can also offer Saturday deliveries to certain postcodes. Occasionally we have to order items from the manufacturer which can extend the delivery to 7-10 working days but if there are any unforeseen delays we will be in touch by phone or e-mail to keep you informed. Feel free to call or e-mail our sales team to discuss availability and delivery dates prior to placing your order. Please be aware that we do not deliver outside of the UK mainland.
How much is delivery?
We offer free standard delivery on all products based on a one man drop-off delivery service. Alternatively for £20 we can offer you a more comprehensive two man delivery service which is ideal for larger items such as Range Cookers and American Fridge Freezers. With our premium two man delivery service we will aim to deliver your appliances into a ground floor room of your choice, unpack them and remove the packaging. We can also offer an express delivery service on selected items which can be delivered on a pallet, in most cases within two working days at a cost of £20. All relevant delivery options depending on your product selection will be offered to you in the shopping basket, including the option to remove your old appliance from outside the property.
Who delivers the appliances?
We have our own fleet of vehicles delivering appliances on a weekly basis to many areas of the UK but for postcodes outside of our target area we have a selection of excellent transport companies with whom we have been working for many years. These companies are experts in delivering appliances and share our passion for customer service to ensure that you receive your items on time and in perfect condition.
What happens if there is a problem on or after delivery?
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring either on or after delivery with any aspect of your purchase we have a dedicated customer service team to help you, they can be contacted by phone or e-mail and will be more than happy to help resolve any issues which may arise. Over the years we have learned that customer service is one of the most important factors within our business, we constantly strive to give our customers the best possible level of service to ensure that Appliance City is the first name you think of next time you need a new appliance.
